Insurance/Cost
As we work with insurance companies to become in-network providers, we require a deposit of $150 for new patients and $75 for existing patients seen within the past year. This policy applies regardless of whether you have a copay or deductible. Once we receive payment from your insurance provider, any necessary refunds will be promptly issued. Please note that we will not send additional bills if your insurance company does not cover the charges.
Currently, we are out-of-network with Alaskan insurers but are actively working on in-network credentialing. We will notify you of any updates regarding our in-network status.
For patients without insurance (self-pay), we strive to keep our rates as affordable as possible—often comparable to copays or deductibles associated with many commercial insurance plans. Please inquire about specific costs, as service fees may vary slightly.
If you would like us to submit your bill to your health insurance plan, you will be responsible for any remaining out-of-network copays or deductibles. Payment is required before your scheduled appointment. Please check back frequently for updates on our in-network providers.
